I actually don't know. I am imagine that it's your Deltacortril (prednisolone) is a steroid and probably one of the only available treatments. I don't know of any other more specific treatments.

I'm not qualified to give advice on this subject though, so I would talk to your dermatologist.

im using '' deltacortil '' for PV. but do u know is there '' real '' medicine for PV ??

Pemphigus Vulgaris = Nikolsky's sign Positive
Bullous Pemphigoid = Nikolsky's Negative

Nikolsky's Sign: the separation of the epidermis when you stroke the skin at the lesion.
